It's NY Fashion Week and at Marc Jacobs it was a mod-tastic event! The clothes... amazing and the hair... just as strong. One dimensional hair color, bold brows and cute swept crops & sleek ponies ruled the runway.

The social media sphere was all a-buzz when former teen star Miley Cyrus cut off her flowing locks in what seems to be an outwardly effort to instantly 'rebel-ize' her look, leaving her sugary-pop persona behind. You can't blame her for her attempt to suddenly become 'edgy' but she is clearly lacking the true 'effortlessness' it takes to pull off a mohawk-esque hairstyle. There are many innately cool women who have owned this hairstyle- from Beth Ditto to Rihanna.
